   Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service coverage.
3. Delivery Timeline

South India: 3–7 business days
Rest of India: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

8. No Return & No Refund Policy

All sales made through Awoncarts are final.

We do not accept returns for products once delivered.
We do not provide refunds for orders that have been successfully delivered.
Order cancellations are not permitted once the order has been processed or dispatched.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases where an incorrect product was delivered or the product arrives severely damaged due to transit issues, subject to verification by Awoncarts. A no-return policy is generally permissible when clearly disclosed to customers before purchase.
