At Awoncarts, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality products from trusted local manufacturers and sellers. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return Policy

As a general policy, Awoncarts does not accept returns for products once they have been delivered successfully. All purchases made through our platform are considered final.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The customer receives a wrong product.
• The product is damaged during transit.
• The product received is defective or unusable upon delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos and videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label must be provided.
• The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
• Products without original packaging or accessories.
• Items reported after the specified claim period.
• Perishable goods, customized products, and personal-use items where applicable.

Exchange Approval

• All exchange requests are subject to verification by Awoncarts.
• If the claim is approved, a replacement product will be shipped subject to product availability.
• If the same product is unavailable, Awoncarts may offer an alternative product of similar value at its discretion.

Refund Policy

• Awoncarts follows a No Refund Policy.
• Refunds will not be provided for delivered orders.
• Refunds will only be considered if an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability and after verification by our support team.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed for shipment.
• Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
